Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your AlphaCue AI Vet account and the personal data associated with it. You can request deletion at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.

Option 1 — Delete from the app

1. Open AlphaCue AI Vet and sign in.
2. Go to More → My Profile.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

If the in-app option is not available on your version, please use Option 2.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Send an email to alphacuetechnologies@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days and confirm by email when complete.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove or anonymise:

• Your account profile (name, email, phone number).
• Your pets and their photos.
• Your health records and attachments.
• Your AI symptom queries.
• Your consultation messages and images.
• Your subscription profile and stored payment identifiers.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of data where we are legally required to or have a legitimate need to, for example:

• Transaction and billing records — kept as required by tax, accounting, and anti-fraud obligations.
• Community contributions — questions and answers you posted may be retained in anonymised form (no longer linked to your identity) so that discussions remain useful to others. You may ask us to remove specific posts.
• Anonymised, de-identified AI response cache that is not linked to you.
• Records needed to comply with the law or resolve disputes.

Retained data is kept only for as long as necessary and is then deleted.

Deleting specific data without closing your account

You can delete individual pets, health records, community posts, or consultation history directly in the app at any time without deleting your whole account.
